Article II. TRAVEL TRAILERS |
§ 11-16. Definitions.
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this article, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Occupy shall mean sleeping overnight in or parking a travel trailer as defined in this section, in any location or at any site longer than twelve (12) hours.
Travel trailer shall mean a powered or nonpowered wheeled vehicle containing or accompanied by toilet facilities and/or cooking facilities, and shall include motor homes and "popup" campers.
