§ 18-60. Enforcement.

The board of county commissioners shall be responsible for enforcing this article. Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any violation continues after actual or constructive notice shall be deemed an additional and separate offense.
