§ 2-2. Expenditures to advertise county facilities, resources, etc.

  • In order to promote the sound economic growth and development of Franklin County, the board of county commissioners of said county is authorized to budget annually the sum of three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600.00) to be used in promoting and advertising the facilities, resources, products, and attractions of the county. From the money so budgeted the board of county commissioners is authorized to make the following direct annual payments from the county general fund: One thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800.00) to the Apalachicola Chamber of Commerce and one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800.00) to the Apalachicola Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce.
