§ 4-36. Locations of fishing for shrimp.

The fishing for shrimp is lawful in that portion of Apalachicola Bay east of the Bryant Patton Bridge the year-around. The fishing for shrimp is unlawful in that portion of the Carrabelle River west and north of State Road 30 (U.S. Highway 98) and in that portion of the Ochlockonee Bay west of State Road 30 (U.S. Highway 98) the year-around.
