§ 4-42. Processing of shell oysters.

(a)

All shell oysters harvested in or transported from or across the waters of the county and brought to the shore in the county shall be processed, bagged or contained, and tagged in an oyster processing plant or house in the county which is certified, inspected, and approved by the state department of natural resources, and no shell oysters shall be transported out of the county in any vehicle, except in a refrigerated container.

(b)

This section shall be in addition to any state or federal laws or regulations upon the same subject matter.
