§ 5-3. Blocking boat ramps.

It shall be unlawful for any person to block the access to or use of any public boat ramp in the county, whether by the parking of vehicles, boats, or trailers, or otherwise. However, this section shall not prohibit the use of such boat ramps and access to same for the purpose of launching boats, so long as vehicles and trailers are removed from the ramp area promptly. Vehicles and trailers are permitted to be in the boat ramp area for such time as may be actually necessary to complete the launching of boats and the reloading of same from the water to the trailer.
