§ 5-23. Eastpoint Channel.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any boat at any speed greater than that which is necessary to maintain steerage in the Eastpoint Channel in the county, in the following described area:

All of the Eastpoint Channel parallel to the shoreline (not including the "T" or access channel) between its northeasterly end and its southwesterly end.

(b)

The no-wake area shall be plainly marked with the state uniform waterway marker system.
