§ 5-131. Purpose and title.

The purpose of this division is to ensure the public beach and beach access areas are free from any obstruction by any item of personal property in order to protect public ingress, egress and use of the public beach, promote public safety, and to protect endangered sea turtles. This division may be referred to as the "Leave No Trace Ordinance."
