§ 13-14. Possession or use of glass containers on public beaches, parks or recreational areas prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person shall possess or use any glass container in or on any public beach, public park, or public recreational area in the county.

    (b)

    [The fines for violation of this section shall be as follows:]

    First offense: Fifty dollars ($50.00).

    Second offense: One hundred dollars ($100.00).

    Third offense: Any persons violating the provisions of this section for the [third time] shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in Florida Statutes.
