§ 17-18. Proposed services.

In the petition praying for the creation of a service district there may be specified what types of service or services it is proposed to secure for and furnish the residents of the proposed district and the board of commissioners of any district created pursuant to such a petition shall be limited in their authority in that they shall supply and provide for, as hereinafter [in this article] set forth, only those services so specifically enumerated in said petition.
