§ 17-34. Resolutions.

This act [this article] shall constitute complete authority for the things herein authorized and no proceedings, publications, notices, consents or approvals shall be required for doing the things herein authorized, except as are hereby prescribed, and all actions of the board of commissioners authorized hereby may be taken by resolution.
