§ 5-26. Lanark Village Boat Club Marina Channel.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any boat at any speed which shall create a wake in the Lanark Village Boat Club Marina Channel in the county, in the following described area:

The area of the Lanark Village Boat Club Marina and out six hundred and twenty-five feet south southeast (625′ SSE) through the dredged boat channel to the two (2) pole channel entrance marker buoys.

(b)

The no-wake area shall be plainly marked with standard no-wake signs, according to the rules and regulations of the state department of natural resources.
