§ 8-16. Patient reimbursement account authorized.

The trustees of George E. Weems Memorial Hospital in Franklin County are hereby authorized to set up a bank account to be known as the "patient reimbursement account." Said account shall not exceed the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00). This account shall be used to reimburse patients, by hospital checks, for any overpayment.
