§ 8-17. Superintendent—Authority to sign reimbursement checks.

The superintendent of the George E. Weems Memorial Hospital is authorized to sign checks drawn on the reimbursement account created by section 1 of this act [section 8-16], anything in F.S. section 155.07 or 155.11 notwithstanding.
