§ 8-18. Same—Bond.

The superintendent of the George E. Weems Memorial Hospital shall give bond the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), payable to the board of county commissioners, for the faithful performance of his duties, this bond to be written by some reputable bonding company authorized to do business in the state. The bond shall be made payable to the governor and his successors. [The] premium on this bond shall be paid by the board of county commissioners of Franklin County.
